Thanksgiving won't be complete without the cranberry sauce to go with the turkey. If you are trying to stay low carb, but don't want to miss out on all the sweet stuff this Thanksgiving, we have the recipe for you.
Here at My Lazy Keto Kitchen we are busy, just like many others. We don't want to spend too much time working away in the kitchen to put together a great healthy meal. We strive to make easy recipes, that everyone can enjoy.
3/4 C Sweetener (we use Swerve)
1/2 C Water
2 C Cranberries
1 T Orange Zest
1/2 t Ground ginger
1/2 t Ground Nutmeg
1 t Pectin
In a medium size pot, combine the Swerve and water, bring to a low simmer. Add cranberries, orange zest, ginger and nutmeg. Bring to a low simmer, stirring occasionally, and simmer for 10 mins, until sauce starts to thicken. Remove from heat and stir in pectin. Use immediately, or allow to cool.
